 We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Last-minute inquiries are welcome, subject to availability.

 Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your event date. All booking details, including deposits and payment timelines, are discussed personally with our team to ensure transparency and clear communication. 


 Policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling are reviewed individually during the booking process. We believe in clear, open communication and will guide you through all details before confirming your event. 


 Safety is very important to us. All décor and setups are arranged with care; however, children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times during the event.
