1. Scope of Services Our company provides mobile event styling, party planning, décor installation, and entertainment services for private and corporate celebrations. Services include, but are not limited to: slumber parties; spa parties for children and adults; soft play for toddlers and young children; bubble dome experiences (indoor and outdoor); weddings; proposals and engagements; corporate and brand events; balloon installations, arches, garlands, and structures; backdrops, florals, props, furniture, themed décor; and luxury setups for all types of celebrations. All services are provided on-site at the client’s home, venue, or rented location. 2. Nature of Services – No Medical or Childcare Services All services provided are decorative, recreational, and entertainment-based only. We do not provide medical services, medical advice, diagnoses, therapeutic treatments, or licensed childcare or babysitting services. Parents, guardians, or event hosts remain fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and behavior of all children and guests at all times. 3. Client Responsibility & Supervision By booking our services, the client agrees that children must be actively supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult. Our staff is not responsible for monitoring children, preventing accidents, or enforcing rules. Toddlers and infants (including ages 1–3) must remain under direct adult supervision. Failure to properly supervise children releases the company from all liability. 4. Décor, Equipment & Assumption of Risk Event setups may include balloons (including helium balloons), soft play equipment, decorative props, structures, furniture, signage, florals, backdrops, and themed items. Decorative elements are not toys unless explicitly stated. Climbing, pulling, leaning, or misuse of décor or equipment may result in injury or damage. The client assumes all risks associated with the presence and use of décor and equipment once installed. 5. Soft Play & Toddler Areas Soft play areas are intended for gentle, age-appropriate play only. The company is not responsible for falls, collisions, minor injuries, improper use of equipment, or children entering play areas without supervision. Soft play equipment is not a substitute for professional childcare or safety supervision. 6. Allergy, Sensitivity & Health Disclaimer Clients are responsible for notifying the company in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or special considerations, including but not limited to latex, food, fragrances, or materials. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or health-related incidents. 7. Venue & Property Responsibility The client is responsible for securing venue permission and ensuring suitable space, access, and conditions for setup. The company is not responsible for venue restrictions, penalties, or damages imposed by third parties. Any damage to the venue or property caused by guests, children, or third parties is the client’s responsibility. 8. Items Left Behind & Post-Event Liability Once setup is completed and/or the event has begun, the company is not responsible for monitoring guest interaction with décor or equipment. If décor or equipment remains on-site after the company departs, all liability transfers fully to the client. Any items left on-site are used at the client’s own risk. 9. Damage, Loss & Replacement The client is financially responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of company property caused by guests, children, or third parties. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly. 10. Right to Refuse or Modify Services The company reserves the right to modify setups for safety, environmental conditions, or age appropriateness; to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or policies are violated; and to discontinue services without refund if safety is compromised. 11. Photography & Marketing Unless declined in writing prior to the event, the company may use non-identifying photographs or videos taken during events for marketing and promotional purposes. 12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, allergic reactions, accidents, or misuse of décor or equipment. Participation in events is voluntary and at the client’s own risk. 13. Acceptance of Policies Booking our services constitutes full acceptance of these policies and terms. It is the client’s responsibility to review all policies prior to confirming a booking.
